Our Site Managers have won more NHBC Pride in the Job awards than any other homebuilder for 21 consecutive years, demonstrating our long‑standing commitment to exceptional build quality.
We are also proud to have achieved the maximum 5‑star rating in the HBF New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey for the 17th consecutive year. This rating is based on feedback from customers at both 8 weeks and 9 months after moving in, covering their satisfaction with build quality and the service they have received. A 5‑star rating reflects that our customers consistently report being highly satisfied with their new home and overall experience.
Our strong performance extends to external sustainability benchmarks. We remain the only UK homebuilder recognised on the CDP Climate Change A List for Leadership, placing us among fewer than 365 companies worldwide. We were also named in the 2025 TIME ‘World’s Most Sustainable Companies’ list - once again, the only homebuilder to be included.
